The lawyers of Maughan and Maughan LC are pleased to announce the opening of our new office in the Kansas City area.
The launch of our new office will better position our attorneys to serve our clients throughout Kansas and Missouri.
Previously all the attorneys of Maughan and Maughan operated full time out of the Wichita office. This required lengthy periods of travel when appearing before the Kansas appellate courts in Topeka, Kansas, or the federal and state courts located east of Wichita. With the opening of the Kansas City office, our attorneys will have a home base from which to operate when representing our clients in these courts and those in Missouri.
The new office will be staffed and managed primarily by Kate Zigtema, an associate attorney with Maughan and Maughan LC who is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri.
Kate's experience and skill in the practice of criminal law and her roots in the Kansas City area means that she is perfectly poised to defend the rights and protect the interests of our clients in the Kansas City area, Topeka, Lawrence, Eastern Kansas and Missouri.
