Maughan & Maughan lawyer wins another not guilty verdict in Wichita Municipal Court

Logan Brown, once again obtained a not guilty verdict for one of the indigent citizens who qualified for a court appointed attorney in Wichita Municipal Court. Our client had been accused in two separate cases of committing misdemeanor crimes for Domestic Battery and disorderly conduct. After a consolidated trial on these two criminal charges, the court found the defendant guilty of one count of Criminal Damage to Property. However, On the more serious of the charges, domestic Battery, the client was found not guilty. The client's acquital on these accusations is the second not guilt verdict obtained by Logan Brown, an associate at Maughan and Maughan LC, within the last week.
