Maughan & Maughan Attorney Deploys to Korea to Serve the United States..

Faith Maughan, a founding partner at Maughan & Maughan, moved from defending the rights and interests of her clients as an attorney to defending the interests of the United States earlier this week when she was deployed to South Korea to represent her Army Reserve unit in military exercises on the Korean Peninsula. We thank her for her service to the country, and wish her a safe journey. She will be missed until she returns.

When Faith is not standing on the line between freedom and government oppression as an Army officer, she focuses her practice on Juvenile law in which defends the rights and best interest of children as a Guardian Ad Litem in cases involving a child in need of care (commonly known in Kansas as CINC cases). She also practices in the area of probate law representing clients in al legal matters involving wills, trusts, estates and guardianships. She also serves our community as a Judge in the municipal Court of Colwich, Kansas, a small town in Sedgwick County Kansas.
