The Attorneys at Maughan & Maughan act as the Public Defenders for the City of Wichita. In June 2006, Maughan & Maughan LC won an exclusive contract with the City of Wichita to provide public defender services in Wichita Municipal Court. Our mission as public defenders is to protect the rights and defend the interests indigent citizens who are accused of crimes in Wichita Municipal Court.
